GT Pro Performer

In seventh grade I wanted a GT Pro Performer sooo bad. I bought a magazine called Freestylin’ at a stationary store called State News on Broadway. As a New Yorker I automatically fell in love with the California lifestyle in the mag. Dudes like Eddie Fiola, RL Osbourne, Mike Dominguez, and Ron Wilkerson were my heroes. Bikes were not cheap; a Pro Performer was like $350 and back in ‘86 that was a grip. Once the realization that I wasn’t getting a bike set in; I turned my attention to skateboards.
